Plumbing & Drainage
Plumbing and drains repairs and maintenance - maintenance to all sanitary ware (toilets, taps, etc.), replacement of gate-valves, stopcocks, ball valves, kitchen taps, basin taps and waste fittings and pipework.
Faulting finding on plumbing and heating - radiators or hot water slow to heat or only partially heating, noisy boilers/heating systems. Attic tanks - replacement of galvanised steel tanks and fitting of extra tanks for extra storage for peak demands.
Immersions - replacement of hot water cylinder immersions both in houses and apartments with a added coating to protect element against limescale build-up, thus a longer lifespan. Hot water cylinders - upgrade cylinders with factory coated insulation and fitting of larger capacity cylinders and an extra coil can be added for future solar hot installation upgrade.

Our vans are equipped with hi-tech GPS tracking systems so the nearest available operative to your emergency can be with you as quickly as possible.
All of our trades will respond to an emergency and if you require the services of more than one trade we will assign further operatives to you immediately.
If we aren’t able to replace any damaged part, then we will make safe temporarily with completion as soon as possible - usually the same day or if not - the following day.
If further works are required they can be carried out at our hourly rate or an estimate can be given for larger jobs.
We work cleanly and efficiently with the highest safety with minimal disruption, and will always ensure we leave your premises clean and tidy.

*Charges are per hour with a one-hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute units. Some work can be carried out at a fixed price or an Estimate. No hidden charges - all our prices are includingVAT.
*Call Out Payment is taken prior attendance or you can pay to our engineer using bank card or other payment method.
*Estimates can be provided by the engineers or an estimator before works commences.
